How to Ride TCATA

Planning your trip is as easy as 1-2-3

1. Create an account.

Download the TCATA by Via app from your preferred app store and follow the signup steps.

2. Plan your trip.

Enter your starting and ending addresses, then choose the route that works best for you. For TCATA Go, you can book your ride between one week in advance and one hour before you're ready to go. If you're eligible for TCATA Access, you can book your ride one week in advance, up until the day before at 6pm. Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available for both services.

3. Start your trip.

Check the app to see exactly where to meet your TCATA Go driver or catch the bus. Riding TCATA Go? You can track your driver in real time.

When you book your ride, you'll either see that your ride was waitlisted, or confirmed. Please check your TCATA by Via app to check the status of your ride.

No smartphone? No problem.
