What's changing

  • Ride Booking: You can now prebook your rides up to one week in advance and same-day up to an hour before your departure time.
  • TCATA by Via Mobile App: Starting March 24, you can download the app to book rides, track your vehicle in real-time, and pay via credit/debit card,  Apple/Google Pay through the app, or with cash in exact payments (no change provided).
  • Arrival Notifications: We can now call you or send text messages when your vehicle is arriving so you don't have to wait outside.

What's staying the same

  • Service Area boundaries will remain as they were.
  • Fares & Service Hours: Rates remain consistent with current services (typically $3–$8 for TCATA Go and $2–$5 for TCATA Access) and the operating hours will remain the same.
  • Booking by Phone: You can still call the same number you use today: 269-927-4461 to book your rides.
  • Paratransit Eligibility: If you are already eligible for TCATA Access, your status transfers automatically; there is no need to re-apply.
